This Privacy Policy describes how Dream Fit Group LLC (doing business as Dreamfit Studio) ("Dreamfit," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information from visitors to our website at dreamfitstudio.com and from clients of our studio at 2170 Lakewood Rd, Suite 201, Toms River, NJ 08755 (together, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described below. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

1. Information we collect

You give us

• Contact details — name, email, phone number, and (for in-studio visits) emergency contact.
• Booking and account info — appointments, packages and memberships purchased, gift cards redeemed, referral activity, notes our staff add to your file.
• Health and intake info — answers you provide on our liability waiver and any pre-session screening (e.g., relevant medical conditions, pregnancy, recent surgeries). This information is used to determine whether a service is safe for you and is treated as confidential.
• Payment info — card details are entered directly into Stripe, our payment processor. We do not see or store full card numbers; we receive only a tokenized reference, the last four digits, brand, and expiry.
• Messages — anything you write to us through the contact form, email, SMS, or feedback survey.

Collected automatically

• Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, timestamps. Used for security, analytics, and to keep the site working.
• Cookies and similar tech — small files used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may stop working.

2. How we use your information

• Schedule appointments, deliver services, and manage your account.
• Process payments, refunds, gift cards, packages, memberships, and applicable cancellation or no-show fees (see our Terms & Conditions).
• Send transactional messages — booking confirmations, reminders, receipts, waiver requests, and post-visit feedback.
• Send marketing emails or SMS only with your consent; you can unsubscribe any time.
• Personalize recommendations and improve our services.
• Comply with the law and protect our rights, our staff, and other clients.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers we rely on to run the business — for example Stripe (payments), our email and SMS providers, our hosting and database providers, and Google Workspace (calendar, email). These providers are contractually limited to using your data only to provide their services to us.
• Authorities, if required by law, subpoena, or to investigate fraud, abuse, or threats to safety.
• A successor, if Dreamfit is acquired or merges with another business; we'll let you know if your data moves.

SMS consent and mobile phone numbers. If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Dreamfit Studio, we use your mobile phone number and consent record only to operate our messaging program. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information only with service providers who help us deliver SMS messages and who are contractually limited to using it for that purpose.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Health and waiver information is retained for the period required by applicable state law. You may request deletion at any time (see "Your rights" below).

5. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information — including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, role-based staff access, and revocable login sessions. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account and to log out of shared devices.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Withdraw consent to marketing messages — every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any SMS.
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.

7. Children

The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
